Storm acquire Dahms from Des Moines in trade for Harper

KEARNEY, NE - The Tri-City Storm have acquired forward Ashton Dahms from the Des Moines Buccaneers in exchange for defenseman Brandt Harper

Dahms, a 2005-born player from Lakeville, Minnesota, produced two points in Des Moines' first eight games of the regular season.

The Minnesota-Duluth commit put up 15 goals and four assists with the Buccaneers in 37 games last year, totaling 19 points. Dahms also competed in 25 games with the Minnesota Wilderness (NAHL) during the 2023-24 campaign, where he served as assistant captain.

Harper departs the Storm after appearing in eight regular season games this season. The Michigan commit saw action in 51 contests last year with Tri-City, where he recorded six points. Harper is a product of the Shattuck St. Mary's and Bishop Kearney Selects AAA programs.

The Tri-City organization would like to thank Harper for his contributions while playing for the Storm, and wish him nothing but the best.
