Marco Treviño was named the tenth head coach in Storm franchise history on December 3, 2024.

Prior to his promotion, Treviño was serving in his second season as an assistant coach with the Storm.  The Beverly Hills, Michigan native brought over a dozen years of coaching experience between the Pittsburgh Penguins Elite, Detroit Victory Honda, and Detroit Little Caesars organizations to Tri-City. 

Before transitioning full-time to the Storm coaching staff, Treviño was a key contributor to Tri-City's scouting and personnel matters for two years. 

Treviño enjoyed a three-year playing stint in the United States Hockey League with the Waterloo Black Hawks and Sioux City Musketeers between 2001-2004. He also competed in two professional seasons prior to beginning his coaching career.

Treviño and his wife Keila have three sons, Tristen (18), Messier (15), and Bernie (6).
